Take some time for yourself during the Summer Solstice to gently move as we start to welcome the sun and the warmth of summer. This is the perfect opportunity to relax, slow down, and find spaciousness and ease in your body and mind.
Together we will explore gentle nourishing, heart-led movement, finding rest and spaciousness. You can expect:

· Grounding flow-based yoga
· Breath work and meditation
