About the event
A blissful heart-led half day retreat to fill your heart and nourish your soul.
Join us as we create a circle of women for this beautiful celebration of our sacred hearts where Sammie will lead you through ceremony, ritual and qoya movement meditation during the first half and Christina will guide you through slow gentle flow yoga including somatic movement, myofascial release and yoga nidra.
We will finish the day with a beautiful sound bath.
