About the event
Unfurl and bloom to welcome in Spring with an afternoon of gentle yoga flow, restorative yoga, yoga nidra and sound healing with Olivia and Christina. Olivia will guide you through gentle and restorative yoga and Christina will end the afternoon with a yoga nidra and sound bath using the crystal bowls.
Set in an absolutely stunning farm location in Wilmington surrounded by nature and fields. The retreat will take place in a beautiful 24ft yurt in the heart of the South Downs National Park. All mats and props are provided.
