Yoga for Children
Nurturing wellbeing and mental health for young people
We are a small team of dedicated adult, teen and children's yoga teachers delivering classes in London and Sussex to children in nurseries and preschools, and primary and secondary schools. We love nothing more than to bring the benefits of the practise of yoga to our local communities. At the heart of what we do, is a passion to nurture mental health and wellbeing for every young person and staff member that we teach.
In preschools and schools, we offer weekly classes and a complete wellbeing programme with classes that connect young people and the staff that work with them, with themselves, with their minds and bodies and with each other. We can offer regular weekly classes, or a term or year of targeted wellbeing sessions for a whole school. We can also provide one-off themed workshops and training for staff to help bring mindful yoga breaks to the day.

Our Story
Founded by Christina in 2020 after five years of running a children's yoga franchise, CK Yoga is dedicated to the wellbeing of children and young people. All lesson plans are written by Christina with the needs of the specific age group in mind and with classes linked to the curriculum and to the learning and developmental stages of the children.
The team has a wealth of collective experience in teaching adults and children alongside experience in working in the field of child counselling and child psychotherapy and with children with additional needs. We are committed to continuously learning and growing our depth and breadth of knowledge in the area of yoga for young people.

We are all qualified yoga alliance accredited adult, teen and advanced children's yoga teachers. We also hold full liability insurance, updated enhanced CRB checks, up to date paediatric first aid and safeguarding training.
