Sound Healing

I offer a deeply relaxing and immersive sound healing experience, designed to help you slow down, switch off, and reconnect.  Using Crystal Alchemy bowls, Tibetan bowls, Hand Drum, chimes, and gentle percussion, you will be surrounded by a rich, soulful sonic soundscape that invites rest, stillness and ease.    

 

I offer group and one to one or duo sound healing.  The sound provides  a full body listening experience; the sounds and vibrations are felt as well as heard.  As the sound moves through you it can help calm the nervous system, release tension, and create space for balance, clarity and transformation.  Many people find that they sleep better, feel less stressed, and leave with a lighter, clearer mind. ​ This is time to pause, rest and simply receive allowing the vibrations to guide you.​
