Working 121 can be a deeply supportive and transformative experience. I bring together different practises and modalities to support you including yoga and embodied movement, somatic movement, sound healing, restorative yoga and deep rest/yoga nidra. My area of expertise lies in nervous system regulation, helping to create a better connection with your body and ways to alleviate anxiety and help with sleep.
