Gentle Flow

A slow-paced, calming yoga class that combines mindful movement with breath awareness. Designed to gently stretch and strengthen the body, this class focuses on smooth, fluid transitions to support mobility and ease. This class offers a gentle way to move, breathe, and reconnect through mindful flow. Ideal for those seeking a gentle yet flowing practice.

Flow & Restore

A nourishing class that combines yoga flow with deep restorative relaxation.  We begin with somatic based gentle movements, where we sense and feel into the body, followed by warming sequenced postures linking movement with breath to build strength, flexibility and awareness in the body.  We then transition into a quieter practise that balances the nervous system with restorative poses and relaxation.

The focus is on regulating the nervous system, unwinding the body and alleviatng tensions.

Flow into Stillness (with sound bath)

A calming practice designed to support body, mind and nervous system.  We will move through a gentle, yoga flow with mindful and somatic movement to awaken awareness.   Grounding breath-work and meditation will encourage you to tune out of the noise of everyday life and listen inward.  We will close our time together with an extended savasana and a restorative sound journey to invite deep rest.  This class offers a spacious, calming reset - supporting balance, ease and regulation from within.

NB: The sound journey will be in final 10-15 mins of the class and will include some of the following - singing bowls, crystal bowls, koshi chimes and percussion.
