Embodied Rest & Sound

Join me for a deeply nourishing practice to help you slow down, soften and reconnect. This restorative session brings together gentle somatic and emobodied movement, mindful breathwork and meditation/nidra and supported restorative postures using bolsters, blankets and blocks.

As you settle into meditation and longer-held postures, the soothing vibrations of Tibetan therapy bowls will support your journey inward. The practice then gently unfolds into an immersive sound bath with Crystal Alchemy bowls and gentle percussion inviting deep relaxation and rest.

This session offers a sanctuary of rest where movement, rest and sound come together to calm the nervous system and leave you feeling rested, grounded and restored.
