This gentle journey weaves together slow, grounded floor-based restorative movement, guided yoga nidra and a sound journey to support profound relaxation and renewal.

As your body softens into rest, you’ll be immersed in a soothing sound bath featuring some or all of the following: Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, hand drum, chimes, and subtle percussion. The vibrations and rhythms are offered to calm the nervous system, release stress, and invite emotional and energetic balance.
