As you settle into the experience, the gentle sounds and vibrations invite your body to soften, your mind to quieten, and nervous system to regulate. In this space of deep rest, a sense of inner connection, peace and serenity can naturally emerge.
Christina weaves together the pure, resonant tones of Crystal Alchemy bowls, Tibetan therapy bowls, hand drum and gentle percussion to create a rich and immersive soundscape. Waves of sound and vibration invite the body to soften, the mind to quieten, and the whole system to settle into a state of deep rest, balance and wellbeing.
No experience is needed. Simply come as you are, get comfortable and allow yourself to be held by the restorative power of sound.
