About the event
Step into a sacred Sunday Sanctuary devoted to deep rest, nervous system regulation, and inner nourishment.
This gentle journey weaves together breath work, meditation, guided yoga nidra and an alchemy sound journey to support profound relaxation and renewal.
As your body softens into rest, you’ll be immersed in a soothing sound bath featuring crystal alchemy bowls, tibetan bowls, hand drum, chimes, and subtle percussion. The vibrations and rhythms are offered to calm the nervous system, release stress, and invite emotional and energetic balance.
We will close with a warming tea and some home made treats.
Come as you are. Rest deeply. Leave feeling replenished, and held.
