Join me for this gentle flow class at the Natural Fitness Society at Spithurst Hub, where nourishing, slow yoga meets breath work and deep relaxation. As we wind down towards our relaxation, our savasana will be enriched by the healing vibrations of sound (alchemy/tibetan bowls). The perfect balance for mind and body. Suitable for all levels. This new wellness space is at the Spithurst Community and Wellness Hub in the heart of the Sussex countryside. The stunning gardens provide a natural wildlife habitat that can be enjoyed before or after your class, where you can sit quietly on a bench by the pond or take yourself for a stunning walk in the local woodlands. Nestled in the community are some incredible wellbeing practitioners who offer reiki, sound healing, and herbal medicine.
