Take some time for yourself during the Autumn Equinox to gently move as we start to transform and find the balance between light and dark, letting go and surrendering . This is the perfect opportunity to relax, slow down, and find spaciousness and ease in your body and mind.
Together we will explore gentle nourishing, heart-led movement, finding rest and spaciousness. You can expect:
